Top “O” The Catskills...

Phoenix Farm is undergoing current renovations of a 10 acre property. This property was an old “dirty dancing” 26 acre resort that was open from the late 1940’s - mid 1980’s called “Eva’s Farm Resort”. The main victorian house was part of a small estate built late 1800’s. We found out that it was owned by a shoe maker mogul who also made military boots just for the United States army that dates back to before the Civil War. We hope to restore this property to its original glory with our beautiful ideas and as an homage to the original resort as we are happily in touch with the owners and their family.

Phoenix Farm will be a long project that will consist of a Bed & Breakfast + Cottage Rentals, Event Space, Small Farm/Market and Residence.

Our first project is Renovating Phoenix Farm Residence: This is currently operating as a year round living Residence in the Catskills of New York. There are 10 units for rent and 8 are rented. Two will go under renovation this spring to be rented late FALL 2018.
