Picked this up at this years property tax auction, it's split up into a 2+ bedroom upper and 1 bedroom lower.
BEEN SO BUSY THIS YEAR that I don't have the time to work on it...
The upstairs needs a couple drywall patches and can be rented for $4-500 a month immeadiatly...it has brand new Windows throughout the house. NOT LOOKIN TO GET RICH OFF IT, it's assessed at $30,000 as is. I'm looking for $10,000 or any reasonable offer. It needs to be sided.
