Another roof transformation underway in Paradise Valley!

Emery is taking us behind the scenes of a clay tile removal and replace project, and there’s a lot more happening than what you see from the street!

From the ground up, this walk deck got a complete rebuild!

A walk deck has to do more than look good. It needs to stand up to Arizona sun, weather, and foot traffic while helping protect the structure underneath from water intrusion.

For this project, the team rebuilt the walk deck, starting with a new solid wood surface and then applying the protective waterproof coating system. The finished result is a clean, durable, sealed surface that looks great and is ready to handle the elements.
