Its been a busy 2 weeks out on a job cutting out a 300 foot long driveway and top dressing 200 feet of existing driveway along with sloping the sides,installing swales, excavation of a 40x46 foundation with a 3 foot over dig approximately 360 cubic yards or dirt with a walkout basement, excavating a 24x34 area for a garage, clearing of approximately an acre of woods for this project thanks to Joe Zupcic. And installing septic and leach field. This is phase 1 of a 2 phase project. Phase 2 will be building a spring house, installing a cistern 23 yards of concrete for the basement floor 10 yards for the garage floor. And a couple small concrete pads outside the house by the doors a small patio and a sidewalk from the giuse to the garage
