We had a great few days with the Assessors’ Association of Nevada. Big things are coming!

A big thank you to Andy Heiser for letting me know about the Assessors' Association of Nevada, and to Denise for squeezing FinBee TAC into the event hosted in Churchill County. She put on a great event, and I’m grateful we had the opportunity to be there. It was great meeting and talking with asses...

FinBee TAC successfully completed aerial data collection for the Thacker Pass project area in Humboldt County, Nevada.

Our rapid acquisition process delivered current, high-resolution imagery and 3D geospatial data—giving the County and State the information needed to move quickly when decisions, measurements, and updated site conditions when it matters.

Proud to deliver a modern, county-owned dataset for one of Nevada’s most significant development areas.

Proud to partner with Humboldt County, Nevada on one of the most high profile critical mineral projects in the world.

The state of Nevada and Humboldt county will greatly benefit from the deliverables while marking a new way to generate funds for the communities in Nevada.

Visualizations just got better

Modern organizations do not need more data just for the sake of having data. They need clearer answers, better visuals, stronger documentation, and faster ways to understand what is happening across the real world. That is where Gaussian splats are becoming extremely valuable. At FinBee TAC, we help a...

Helping counties use budgets more efficiently with accurate 3D data, parcel overlays, and visual change tracking that gives assessors the proof they need to defend valuations.

For county assessors, timing matters.Growth does not wait three years. New construction does not wait five years. Additions, outbuildings, remodels, commercial improvements, and land-use changes can happen quickly. When imagery and assessment data are outdated, counties are left trying to make decis...

Counties have traditionally kept imagery and tax systems separate—not by choice, but because most geospatial providers weren’t built to support assessor workflows.

At FinBee TAC, our data integrates directly into ArcGIS and existing county systems. Our base solution utilizes 3D mesh data, along with high-resolution imagery, change detection, AI layers, and precise square footage measurements—allowing assessors to track and validate property changes in one environment.

We deliver ~1” GSD 3D imagery annually, with the flexibility to update high-growth areas as needed—so counties aren’t waiting years for meaningful refreshes.

Data can be delivered as a hosted solution or as a hosted layer for direct consumption into existing systems, keeping workflows simple and efficient.

The result is targeted visibility where it matters most—helping increase revenue capture, improve efficiency, and strengthen defensibility across the tax roll all within a reasonable budget, and out performing slow refresh rates.

FinBee TAC is the answer!

Introducing our live Assessor Portal Demo, a comprehensive virtual tax assessment system designed for counties in Utah and beyond.

Key features include:
- 3D measurement capabilities

- AI building detection with related square footage calculations

- Access to parcel-related information

- Ability to flag areas of interest

As each year passes, the data becomes increasingly valuable. This system promotes efficient, equitable, and modern taxation.

A short example of our assessor workflow powered by high-resolution imagery and 3D models.

Using machine learning, we detect real-world changes and generate updated feature layers—building footprints, new structures, and modifications to existing improvements.

This enables assessor and recorder offices to rapidly verify and update parcel data, reducing delays and improving accuracy at both the county and state level.

The outcome: more equitable taxation, increased efficiency, and a clearer, more reliable view of the built environment.
