Everyone gathers in your great room: Build it around the view and with plenty of space to enjoy life's moments, from the everyday to the once-in-a-lifetime events.

It takes care, time and real intention to create the plans for your home. Every little detail is thought through, from how you'll move through the rooms to the architectural elements that bring interest to the space.

We suggest starting the planning process now so it will be done by the time the ground thaws this spring in Brian Head. If you'd like to be in your new home by winter 2028, building needs to begin this coming summer.

The ease of knowing everything is taken care of for you throughout your build turns into the peaceful feeling of your morning coffee on the balcony soaking in the view of the mountains.

The supportiveness of a team that cares during your build turns into the happiness you feel when your great room is full of laughter and conversations of loved ones.

From our craftsmen, to our builders to our design teams, we think of the moments in your home throughout the entire process.

Building a home when you do not live near the construction site can be scary. You can't drop in to check on progress or be there quickly if something goes awry. In this situation, the builder you choose is very, very important. You want one that will take the pressure off, that keeps you up to date and has the team in place that can run the whole project without you having to micromanage.

Here's one thing you won't hear most builders say when you're deciding to build a custom home: Sometimes it's best to wait.

There are hundreds if not thousands of decisions that go into building a custom home, it's what makes it truly custom. While our team is always there to help guide those decisions, they are ultimately yours.

The best time to build is when you have the bandwidth to make those decisions.
