We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship, safety, and a team-oriented work environment. Due to continued growth, we are looking for skilled Concrete Laborers and Finishers to join our team.

Job Description:�We are hiring experienced Concrete Laborers and Finishers who can contribute to high-quality concrete work and meet project timelines. Candidates must have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities:
* Place and finish concrete for slabs, sidewalks, driveways, curbs, walls, and other structures
* Set forms, tie rebar, and prepare sites for concrete placement
* Operate power tools and finishing tools such as trowels, floats, and screeds
* Ensure all work meets safety standards and project specifications
* Perform physical labor such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
* Maintain a clean and safe job site

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in concrete labor or finishing
* Ability to read blueprints and or follow layout instructions
* Familiarity with concrete tools and techniques
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
* Willingness to work overtime and in varying weather conditions
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
