Did some repairs on a farm west of Menomonie this week. Replaced a service door on a Quonset Barn that the threshold and lower brick moldings were rotted away. Replaced the rollers on a sliding door on that same Barn. And also fabricated a new parlor door with materials the client had on hand.

Was able to get this project completed this week. Swapped out an oversized (6' wide) tub/shower surround to a walk in shower with grab bars and adjustable shower wand.

Some before, after and during of revamping this landing to a staircase and adding much need spindles to keep, hammers 🙄, from falling into the water! Old 2x10s were rotted away at grade level. Replaced them with ground contact treated 2x10s and replaced the deck boards. Already had a nice 54" wide concrete anchor point that I was able to secure the new joists on to. Lucked out there!

Customer had an outside water spicket supply line burst in the wall late this past winter. After Service Master demo'd the moisture soaked wall board/insulation and dried the area all out, we were contracted to repair the damaged areas. Special thanks to Northern Precision for their, as always, expert finishing of the drywall and paint covering. Looks as good as new!
