FREED COMMERCIAL IS ROLLING THIS SUMMER! 🏗️🔥

Big things are happening in Waterloo, and we’re grateful to be part of it.

Waterloo CourtWorks is coming — a 100,000 sq. ft. indoor tournament facility behind the John Deere Tractor & Engine Museum, projected to open in early 2027. With 8 full-size basketball courts, 16 volleyball courts, and space for wrestling, gymnastics, pickleball, handball and more, this is going to be a major win for our community.

Freed is proud to be one of the roofing contractors on this project, handling the flat-slope portion of the roof.

A strong team of local contractors is working hard to bring something special to Waterloo — and we’re fired up to help make it happen.

Please help us welcome Drew Claus-Davis to Team Freed!

Drew is a Waterloo native and a graduate of West High School. After high school, he jumped into the trades, building valuable experience in the electrical field. Now, he's excited to expand his skill set and grow into a well-rounded construction professional.

When he's not working, Drew enjoys spending time with family, hitting the gym, playing basketball, and relaxing with some YouTube in his downtime.

This summer, Drew is eager to learn from the experienced team around him, soak up knowledge, and continue developing his craft. Once he gets the ropes down, he's looking forward to serving homeowners across the Cedar Valley and helping them with all their exterior needs.

We're excited to have Drew on board and can't wait to see what the future holds for this young man.

PROUD DAD ALERT! 🥹💙

Max is beside himself this summer… because his oldest daughter, Corson, is officially joining the Freed team part time!

It’s her very first summer job, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her around. She’s sweet, sharp, and already learning the ropes — answering phones, talking with customers, and helping keep things moving around here.

So if you call Freed this summer, you just might get the opportunity to talk to one of the coolest girls on the planet.

And trust us… she’s workin’. Nobody gets a free ride around here. We’re way too busy for that. 😄

Instead of sleeping in and goofing around all summer, Corson is stepping up, learning the business, and making her dad pretty dang proud.

In the middle of a busy roofing season, siding projects are heating up too — and this one is bringing the wow factor.

We’re loving this Cypress Green by CertainTeed . It gives the home a pop of color while still feeling neutral, stylish, and totally timeless. Perfect fit for this cool little property on the outskirts of Waterloo. 🌿

We installed a new roof here about a month ago, and now we’re back for round two. Roof. Siding. Full exterior glow up. DONE RIGHT. 💪
