Coming from a family of builders, itโs fair to say Frederickโs passion for construction is in the family DNA, learning first-hand from the magnificent homes and luxury hotels his father built in Jamaica. Later, while serving as a combat engineer in the United States Army, the construction of roads and bridges in war zones yielded invaluable lessons about how to achieve highest quality and assure safety and durability despite the myriad of logistical challenges that are often beyond control.
