Modern was proud to be part of the Eastern Iowa Build My Future event, where nearly 1,700 students from across Eastern Iowa explored careers in construction and the skilled trades through hands-on experiences and real industry interaction.

Mike and Casey led our virtual welding station, while our HR team connected with students about the growing demand for skilled trade careers in our communities and across the country.
