As we wrap up Safe + Sound Week, we want to take a moment to recognize the people who make safety a priority every day. This week, we talked about making a commitment to safety, recognizing the importance of looking out for one another, identifying hazards, and speaking up when something doesn’t feel right. But safety isn’t something that ends when the week does. It’s something we bring with us to every job, every conversation, and every decision we make.

We’re proud of the Thermal-Tec team and the part each person plays in making sure our coworkers have a safe place to work and can make it home safely at the end of the day. Safe + Sound Week may be over, but our commitment to safety continues every day.

Sometimes safety is as simple as saying something. To put your eyes to the test, can you spot at least 10 dangers hiding on this jobsite?

If you see a potential hazard, have a question about a task, or notice something that doesn’t look right, speaking up can make a difference. It’s not about pointing fingers. It’s about looking out for the people around you and making sure everyone gets home safely.

This month’s R.A.D.A.R. Safety Employee recognition looks a little different. Instead of honoring one individual, we are proud to recognize four outstanding members of the Thermal-Tec team: Jerry, Dan, Andy, and Rico.

When a coworker experienced a medical emergency on the job, these four stepped in without hesitation. They remained calm under pressure, worked together, communicated effectively, and provided assistance until emergency responders arrived.

Their actions are a powerful reminder that safety is about more than rules and procedures. It’s about being prepared, looking out for the people around you, and having the courage to step up when someone needs help. This is exactly what Safe + Sound Week is about. Building a workplace where people take responsibility for safety, support one another, and know that their actions can make a difference.

We are incredibly proud of the professionalism, teamwork, and selflessness each of you demonstrated. Thank you, Jerry, Dan, Andy, and Rico, for putting your teammate first and showing us what the Thermal-Tec safety culture looks like in action.
