We believe our commitment to the communities we serve extends beyond the roofing systems we install and maintain. Giving back and investing in the next generation is an important part of who we are.

Throughout the year, we're fortunate to support a variety of charitable organizations, community initiatives, schools, and local programs. As part of National Roofing Week, we're excited to spotlight one of the largest and most challenging projects our team is currently tackling.

Spanning approximately 784,000 square feet of Transite roofing, this project has been years in the making and required careful planning, coordination, and ex*****on every step of the way. The facility had been dealing with significant leaking problems making it clear that a long-term roofing solution was needed. Our MR Multi-Ply® Roofing System is designed to provide lasting protection and performance for customers just like this!

We're now about halfway through the project, and it's been incredible to see the progress our team has made. From the initial planning stages to the work happening on the roof each day, this project has showcased the skill, commitment, and attention to detail our crews bring to every jobsite.

Projects like this remind us that commercial roofing is about much more than installing a roof system. It's about solving complex challenges, protecting critical operations, and delivering solutions that will serve facilities for years to come. Here are a few common "lies" about commercial roof warranties and critical steps to prevent voiding yours this season:

For the month of May, we are proud to recognize two RADAR Safety Employees of the Month: 𝗠𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗻𝘂𝘀𝗼𝗻 and 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗻𝘆 𝗣𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲.

Mike was nominated for consistently leading by example, keeping safety at the forefront of every job, and proactively identifying and communicating hazards, even while working independently. His discipline, awareness, and leadership set the standard for those around him.

Lonny was recognized for his strong decision-making and calm response during a solo roof repair when he encountered a tornado warning and unexpected hazards. He made the safe decision to step off the roof, returned the next day prepared, and safely completed the work while maintaining clear communication throughout.

Both Mike and Lonny exemplify our RADAR safety process: Recognize risk, Assess the situation, Develop a safe solution, Act safely, and Report & record. Their commitment to doing the right thing, especially in challenging conditions, reflects our core value of safety first.
