Finding someone like Mike is rare these days.

He is a true craftsman who works by himself, only has a landline, does not advertise, and does not use email. And yet, people still find him. That says a lot.

When you are truly good at what you do, your reputation speaks for itself.

I love seeing younger masons on this crew learning the craft from someone who has been doing it his entire life.

Learning a trade gives these guys a skill set no one can take away, and just as important, they are learning how to do it the right way.

There are plenty of stone installations where veneer is installed incorrectly over ZIP sheathing, or Tyvek is used as the backer, and while you may not see the issue right away, it will fail. Improper prep behind a stone or brick venner can and will lead to failure and expensive repairs in the future.

Details matter, especially the ones you don’t see when the job is finished.

😴 And everyone's favorite… the belly-up, no-worries pose.

We may have hired the cutest coworker, but productivity reports are still pending. 😂❤️

Pre-construction planning with our lead carpenter, Eric Hoffman, and site superintendent, Mark Stephan, is one of the ways we set each project up for success.

Taking the time to walk through the details before each trade begins helps keep the job on track, strengthens day-to-day communication, and ensures our team is aligned before they really get rolling.

Great projects start with great planning!

Modern kitchen, meet Tosa charm! This remodeled kitchen was designed to maximize space, storage and style.

Soft gray cabinetry pairs with Calacatta Borghini Legacy quartz countertops, while the warm wood island keeps the space feeling inviting. Plenty of cabinets and prep space make it ideal for avid cooks!

This is an awesome story!

Whether you are a welder, a software engineer, or building a career in any trade or profession, hard work and smart decisions still matter. Success does not happen overnight, but when you stay focused, keep learning, and make good choices along the way, it pays off.

A Scottish-themed home office in what used to be attic space? Absolutely! We can do that!

This space is going to completely transform over the next few weeks with integrated columns, wall paneling, wood tops, and beams, all made out of rift red oak. 😍 We’re also adding custom lighting to the beams, which is going to take this space to another level. 😃

It’s a unique project with a lot of character, and we can’t wait to share the progress as it comes together.

You’re looking at one of the BEST drywall repair artists in Southeastern Wisconsin.

Jess is an integral part of our team, and she makes this kind of detailed work look easy and seamless. On this window replacement project, we had drywall repairs around nearly every window. When a full replacement window lines up perfectly on the exterior, the interior opening will be about 1/2" smaller all the way around, which means careful interior finishing is just as important as the window installation itself.
