Hello, my name is Luis Guzman, the owner of Restore & Build LLC. I started this company with a simple goal to provide honest, high-quality work that homeowners can rely on. When I’m not on the job site, I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active, and continuing to learn new techniques to improve my craft. I take pride in every project, whether it’s a small repair or a full remodel, and I make sure every job is done right from start to finish. For me, it’s not just about construction it’s about building trust, strong relationships, and helping bring your vision to life.

Here are fun facts about me on a personal level:

• I have been married for 10 years.

• I am father of two boys.

• I enjoy watching tv with my family while eating my favorite chips, Doritos.

• I love to cook breakfast on the weekends on a flat top.

• Cold brews from Starbucks are a go to on busy work days.

• Vacationing to the beach is also something I enjoy doing with my family.
