This week, our Lean In group met at the new Denver Summit FC Common Spirit Performance center for a tour led by Haselden's senior project engineer Kayla Grabiec. As the team’s first dedicated facility, it inspired meaningful conversations about women leading change across industries and professions.

Our first Haselden Happy Hour of the year was a huge success! Each quarter, we host a happy hour for our team in one of our office locations to provide a chance to connect outside the office and build relationships across departments. It’s always a great to catch up and meet new team members!

The eggs were gone in a flash at the annual Haselden Easter Egg Hunt!

Our teams and their families got together this weekend to celebrate the spring, hunt for eggs, and of course meet the Easter Bunny. Thank you to our Sense of Belonging Committee for hosting a great event to build connections beyond work!

Spencer excels at aligning homeowners, property managers, adjusters, and trade partners—so decisions happen fast and with zero guesswork. He’s hands-on with scopes, schedules, and documentation, and he’s the first to raise a safety flag or a smarter sequencing plan when it protects people and timelines. Under Spencer’s direction, teams move with purpose: rapid mobilization, clean communication, and no-surprise closeouts.
