Congratulations to Ben, our May Employee of the Month! 👏

Ben has continued to exceed expectations as a first-year employee, showing initiative, independence, and a strong willingness to learn from day one on site. Currently assigned to block watch, Ben has quickly developed a strong understanding of the systems within the walls while consistently staying organized and prepared for installation. His attention to detail and proactive attitude have earned positive feedback from both the team and other trades on site.

Beyond his assigned responsibilities, Ben has stepped up to expand his skill set by cutting his own holes, laying block when needed, and even showing a natural talent for bending conduit.

It’s a beautiful Friday in Avon, Colorado, and the team at Traer Creek Apartments is closing out the week with some major momentum. 👏

After months of hard work, Tower Electric has completed rough-in for 160 of the project's 242 apartment units, marking a significant milestone as two of the three buildings continue progressing through construction.

We are beyond proud of our Mountain crew and the progress they make every day! This team is committed to planning ahead, solving challenges, and pushing the schedule forward. Keep up the great work, team!
