Progress is taking shape at the Denver Veterans Village.

Yesterday, we completed a project progress shoot at the future Denver Veterans Village, located at 1680 S. Colorado Blvd. This transformative project, led by Tunnel to Towers Foundation and delivered by Global Construction, will provide more than 100 veterans with safe, dignified housing and access to critical support services once complete.

The site has already come a long way. The former hotel has been fully stripped of its previous finishes, and work is now progressing floor by floor, from the 10th floor down. Multiple trades are active across the building, including electrical, plumbing, drywalling, framing, carpentry, and other specialty teams, all working together to keep momentum moving forward.

While there is still significant work ahead, the project is advancing at a strong pace, and it's rewarding to see the vision beginning to take shape.

When complete, the Denver Veterans Village will offer affordable studio-style housing along with on-site services including job training, education assistance, healthcare access, mental health support, and other resources designed to help veterans build long-term stability.
