Resent concrete and grading job I finished up this past week. I added a nice patio extension, small shed approach and a larger side door entry approach. This has also been the year of rain so I also dug a 6’ wide swale to divert the water from going towards the house. This job turned out awesome and it’s always great to work with such nice and appreciative people.

Resent landscape job I finished up last week. Over grown shrubs and w**ds are hard to get under control over years of neglect so sometimes it is just easier to start over. I added a few small simplicity walls, dusty lime bullet edgers, new w**d fabric, low maintenance shrubs and fresh black granite to clean things up.

Couple resent concrete jobs I finished up this past week. The one under the carport is poured at 6 inches for a nice big fifth wheel camper to be parked on and the other will end up having a shop built on it. Pardon the photos but these before and after photos are awesome. I added a 60’ side walk from their shop to the house and 2 vyking square foot walls to raise the grade by the shop and control the water coming down towards the house. And another wall to add to an existing foundation wall on the back side of the house.
Wall color is Baltic cream.
