This home build perfectly blends farmhouse style with modern luxury. 2800sf, 3 bed, and 3.5 bath, with a full basement, three car garage, pool, and whirlpool bath. There were so many cool features we loved incorporating:

⭐ Easy accessibility. There are no steps from the house to the garage or to the back porch.

⭐ The garage has a lift to allow for items to be easily moved to the large storage attic above.

⭐ The kitchen range has a powerful extractor fan, but we located it remotely in the attic so that it’s very quiet. The vent fans in the master bathroom are set up the same way.

⭐ To dampen noise as much as possible, the HVAC condensers, generator, and pool equipment are located in a fenced area set off from the house.

It was a delight getting to work with our clients to design and build a home they can cherish for generations!

This week, Paul will begin teaching his new Architectural Design summer class. He's excited to get to work with the students and cover:
- shaping design through worldview
- home function and practical design details
- code requirements and structural elements
- site visits to understand and visualize various elements of construction
- learning to design homes with 3D design software

We'll be sharing the best tips and tricks here as we go along!
