⚠️ Major Snowstorm Incoming – Saturday Night into Sunday ❄️

A significant winter storm is expected to move into the area Saturday night and continue through Sunday.

Forecast Highlights:
🌨 Snowfall: 8–12 inches Saturday night and another 8–12 inches possible Sunday
💨 Wind: Gusts up to 35 mph creating blowing and drifting snow
⛈ Thunder Snow: Possible during periods of heavy snowfall
🌡 Temps: Around 27°F overnight and near 31°F Sunday

This storm will bring heavy, deep snow and difficult conditions, which may slow operations in some areas.

🚜 Our crews will be working through the entire event to keep properties clear and safe. Please bear with us as we navigate the heavy snowfall and drifting conditions. We will service all properties as efficiently and safely as possible.

Hi Everyone,

Alex’s lawn and turf is on Alert for the weather front that is coming through.
The timing and the amount that will stick is suspect at this point.

We will be monitoring the sites as the system comes through and servicing as needed if trigger is met.

Give yourself some time for morning commute as the timing does not look ideal.

The new “Mini Gem” 19‑hole mini‑putt at Gem Lake Hills is shaping up to be a one‑of‑a‑kind experience for all ages and abilities 🎯.

• A newly transformed area (formerly driving range/buggy storage) has been reimagined into an ADA‑compliant 19‑hole putting course, with options to play either 9 or all 19 holes .

• Built by Greenspan Projects, this puts Gem Lake Hills ahead in offering a family‑friendly, accessible mini‑golf addition that complements its existing executive and Par‑3 courses .
• Thematically modern yet well‑integrated into the course—and word is already spreading fast: “Existing customers will bring family and friends along… mini‑golf is a no‑brainer” for clubs like The Gem
