This family is BIG and now so is the patio!
We love the high ceilings, fans for keeping everyone comfortable in the summer heat, and the wood cabinet houses/hides the electrical panel and provides some storage.

We love the modern take on classic french design.
Owner, Lacey, planned the design staying true to the homes original style by bringing in design elements seen throughout the main house to the primary bath, brick pavers and wood tones. The addition of crisp white counter tops, continuous stone wall, stand alone tub, and brushed gold finishes are a modern take on this classic look.
Lacey is also owner of Meier Property and Design.

✨ THIS CUTIE WENT FROM DRAB TO FAB!! ✨
👋🏼Say bye bye to the aluminum covered parking and aged roof.
BTRC extended and replaced the roof, installed new windows, painted and repaired the exterior giving this old home new life and function.
With the extend roof a small covered back patio was added, giving the homeowner a outdoor area to enjoy!!
