Final Reveal – Bellingrath Hills (Central, LA)

This one came together FAST… from demo to finished in under 2 days.

We had the opportunity to update this home’s kitchen, 1/2 bath, and fireplace—and the transformation speaks for itself.

✨ New quartz countertops
✨ Updated backsplash
✨ New plumbing fixtures
✨ Electrical outlets replaced in splash
✨ Gas cooktop install
✨ 33” enameled cast iron sink

To tie it all together, we carried the same quartz into the fireplace and 1/2 bath for a clean, cohesive look.

No layout changes—just the right upgrades in the right places… and a BIG difference because of it.

Huge credit to the homeowner for selecting materials that completely brightened and refreshed the space.

A little sneak peek 🫣 from our recent renovation in Bellingrath Lakes!

We swapped out the old granite surround and hearth and carried the new quartz from the kitchen right over to the fireplace to tie everything together.

Same layout—completely different feel!

Simple change, but it really changed the vibe of this living area!!

We wrapped up this 1/2 bath, kitchen and fireplace update recently and this one was a fun one to see come together. The clients were amazing to work with and their selection really were top notch!

We pulled out the old countertops, backsplash, and fireplace surround and gave everything a fresh look. New quartz, new backsplash, updated some plumbing and electrical fixtures, and we tied the fireplace surround in to match the kitchen.

Nothing crazy structural—just good, clean updates that made a big difference in the space.

Right in the middle of this transformation…

Once the vinyl siding came off, we found a few areas that needed to be addressed—including some wall sections that had to be repaired before moving forward. Not the glamorous part of the job, but it’s what makes the finished product last.

From there, we got the house wrap and Hardie siding installed and ready for paint. This is where things start to take shape and you can really see the direction of the project.

This one was a big transformation!

We removed roughly 4,000 sq ft of vinyl siding on this home and completely changed the direction of the exterior. New Hardie siding; updated shutters; fresh paint for siding, trim, shutters and stucco; and some miscellaneous lighting changes—all coming together to give it a much more solid, updated look.

We had the honor of doing some siding repairs at Bakers Historic Presbyterian Church — and projects like this are always special to us.

This beautiful church has been standing for well over a century- since 1905 to be exact- and we were brought in to remove and replace sections of rotten siding and repaint the repaired areas so everything blends in the way it should. When working on a historic structure, the goal is simple: fix the problem without losing the character.

You’ll see a mix of before and after photos (would say finished, but It received its last coat of paunt after these pics) and a few historic reference pics — because a building with this kind of history deserves the spotlight too.

We’re truly grateful for the opportunity to serve and for the trust placed in our work. Pride in the details every time.

🏁 Project Complete | Rattlesnake Ranch

From full demo to a full transformation — Rattlesnake Ranch is officially complete.

This project was a complete interior overhaul, including:
• Full flooring removal & replacement
• Brand new quartz countertops
• Kitchen reconfiguration for better function
• Bathroom upgrades throughout
• Updated lighting, trim, and finishes
• Countless details that brought this home back to life

We are incredibly thankful and grateful for the opportunity to serve our clients on this project. From day one, our goal was not only quality work, but a smooth process — and we’re proud to say everything was completed right on schedule, ensuring the homeowners were never inconvenienced more than expected during the remodel.

❄️ Freeze Warning: Protect Your Home Before the Cold Hits ❄️

We’ve got several days of unusual freezing weather ahead, and a little prep now can save you from expensive repairs later. So before you get to stirring that roux, be sure to check out these helpful tips- and also be sure to check on your friends, family and neighbors preparedness as well! Feel free to share this post with them if nothing else!!

Quick Freeze Prep Checklist:
✔️ Cover or insulate outdoor faucets
✔️ Disconnect hoses and drain them
✔️ Wrap exposed pipes (especially if the water line to your home comes up out the ground and through an exterior wall)
✔️ Let faucets drip during extreme cold
✔️ Open cabinet doors under sinks to allow warm air circulation
✔️ Set your thermostat consistently (even overnight) & Keep doors open to rooms without vents (you never know if waterlines are behind those walls).
✔️ Turn off irrigation systems & drain them completely
✔️ Keep pool pumps, and other pumps of that nature, set to run continuously
