Apprenticeship Opportunities: Concrete Floor/Coating Technicians.

• Entry level Position $15-$18 Full Time DOE
• Experienced Positions: $19-$25 Full Time DOE
• Management Positions: $26-$35 Full Time DOE

Established for over 20 years in beautiful Southern Oregon we provide cutting edge products & one of a kind, next level Coating Concrete Specialties.

• Working Safe & Sober:
1.) Clean drug test before hiring & random screening once a year for our drivers.
2.) Safety glasses, gloves, safety composite toe boots (leather above ankle), NON marking sole.
3.) No smoking on job sites

• Physical labor:
1.) Lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
2.) Detailed Work from hands & knees a lot (we provide the best knee pads).

• Ability to start at different jobsite locations:
1.) Own your own reliable transportation
2.) Early start times (Mon-Thu 6/7 AM, typically 4 -10’s) with Fri OT options
3.) Working out of town “occasionally”
4.) Working a weekend “occasionally”

We are a small crew & business, with LOTS of room for growth. Our goal is to “exceed customer expectations”.
We are looking for detailed individuals, who want more than just the next thing.
