Earlier this month, we had the entire Stone Heating & Air team together in one room! 👋

We took some time to go over our 3rd-quarter progress, current jobs, safety topics and how we’re doing as a company. Most importantly, it was a great opportunity to get everyone together, check in, and keep moving forward as one team.

Neighbors heard a loud pop from the vacant house. Rick investigated and found the culprit: a blown capacitor. A simple fix brought the AC back to life. Another successful call for Stone Heating and Air!

Our technician, Drake investigated an HVAC unit that failed shortly after a motor replacement. He discovered critically low voltage, indicating a serious electrical issue at the breaker panel. This could have fried the new motor and needs an electrician's immediate attention before further repairs.

Stone Heating & Air is looking for a dependable, self-motivated Warehouse & Inventory team member to join our growing team!

This position plays an important role in keeping our technicians and install crews stocked, and making sure the warehouse is organized with equipment and materials prepared for upcoming projects.

Responsibilities include:
🔹 Receiving and organizing deliveries
🔹 Preparing equipment and materials for upcoming jobs
🔹 Running parts and equipment to technicians and installers in the field
🔹 Scanning and tracking inventory using our inventory software
🔹 Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and job ready
🔹 Helping maintain accurate inventory levels

We’re looking for someone who is:
✅ Must be 21+
✅ Has a valid driver’s license
✅ A self-starter who can work independently
✅ Organized and dependable
✅ Comfortable working with technology and inventory software
✅ Able to lift and move equipment and materials (50 lbs)
✅ Forklift certified or experienced operating a forklift preferred

Summer BBQ 2026 🎉

What a day! Our 2026 Summer BBQ with our friends at Pressure Point Roofing was a hot one, but that didn’t stop everyone from having a great time! ☀️🔥

From great food and cold drinks to the co****le tournament, dunk tank, water slide, face painting, ice cream, and plenty of laughs, it was a great chance for everyone to step away from work and enjoy some time together.

We were also proud to help support an important cause. Employees purchased $645 in meat raffle tickets, with 100% of the proceeds going to ACCESS. That’s $90 more than last year, an awesome effort from the whole team! 👏

Congratulations to our 2026 Co****le Champions, Race Little Eagle & Chris Maxwell, who took home the $500 first-place prize! 🏆

A huge thank-you to everyone who helped make the BBQ happen, from the folks cooking and organizing to all of the vendors and teams that helped keep everyone fed, entertained, and cool.

And of course, a special shoutout to our Stone Heating & Air crew for bringing the fun and making it another memorable summer BBQ!
