LATE NIGHT EMERGENCY SEPTIC CALL
Tonight we received an emergency call from a local Airbnb with 15+ guests staying on the property. The septic system had backed up, sewage was coming into the house, and the owners needed help FAST.
After-hours calls are never convenient, but when families are trying to enjoy their vacation, we know time matters. We arrived on site, located the problem, cleared heavy root intrusion in the sewer line, and got the system flowing again before the situation got any worse.
This is a great reminder that tree roots are one of the leading causes of sewer line blockages and septic backups. Regular inspections can help catch these issues before they turn into a midnight emergency.

Some of you might not know this but chemotherapy medications can pass through waste for 48–72 hours after treatment. Since septic tanks rely on live bacteria to break down solids, those strong meds can shock or reduce the good bacteria in your system.
That can mean:
• Slower breakdown
• Faster sludge buildup
• Possible odors
• Possible backups or blockages
With that being said we have partnered with pumps for patients to offer discounted services for verified chemo patients who need more frequent septic pumping due to the medication killing the good bacteria in the septic system. We personally believe this is an awesome non profit organization that helps patients in a time of need.
