This homeowner had basement water intrusion. Partly due to settling concrete pooling water in front of the garage.

Once we removed the existing driveway we found an open sprinkler line underneath that has been saturating the subgrade for who knows how long. This is detrimental to not only the driveway but the foundation as well.

We dug out 6-8" of wet clay and replaced with a compacted stone base to support the weight, as well as properly sloped concrete to deter water away from the house. As well as a buried downspout and plugging the owner sprinkler line.

SJS Flatwork handles all needed work to get your concrete in top shape. Burying downspouts and moving/capping sprinkler systems are just a part of the process.

If you are not on our schedule, now is the time to get in contact. We are looking at late Summer now. Another month and we may be full for the year.
