Back at this one and we’re getting close to the finish line. 🔨

Drywall is nearly wrapped up with final sanding tomorrow, then it’s flooring and paint to bring everything together.

After counters we’ll be back for sink hook up and backsplash

This one has come a long way — finished photos coming soon. 👀

Certain projects stand out during our careers.

This reclaimed wh***ey barrel hardwood flooring is one of them. With authentic barrel markings, incredible character, and a price tag of nearly $50 per square foot, it’s one of the most unique floors we’ve ever installed.

After install we added decorative copper nails to match the copper kitchen theme.

(Of course we also did the kitchen 🙌🏽)

Custom work. Premium materials. Built to last.

A throwback to a completed kitchen renovation from our earlier remodeling work—one of the projects that helped build the experience behind Chagrin Homes.

Crisp white cabinetry, a bold contrasting island, dramatic stone surfaces, and a spacious layout came together to create a kitchen designed for everyday living.

Projects like this are part of the foundation we’re building on today: careful planning, clear communication, and pride in every detail.

Built on craftsmanship, driven by legacy.
