From THIS ➡️ to THAT … and we’re still in progress! 👀🔨

Same room. Same space. A whole different vision.

Walls came down, the layout opened up, and our latest NNC rental project is starting to take shape. There’s still plenty left to do, but it’s finally getting easier to see what Nate had in mind from the start.

Anyone else seeing our vision yet?👀

A little hidden-door magic. 👀🔨

NNC installed this Murphy door — a bookcase with a hidden doorway tucked right behind it.

Pretty slick, right?

Some days, and some projects, test you a little more than others… and somehow, it’s usually a Monday. 😂🔨

Happy Monday from the NNC crew! We hope your week is off to a great start!

🚨 Keep an eye out for our little “star,” Emmylou! 🐾🐈

Emmylou, the kitty featured in our recent NNC reel, is missing from the Graves Ranch. There’s a chance she may have caught an unexpected ride on a hunter's vehicle and ended up around Chamberlain or Pukwana.

If you happen to spot her, please let us know. She is wearing a collar. We’d love to help get this little celebrity back home! ❤️

Please share and keep an eye out!

Happy pheasant opener weekend! 🧡

Sunday shoutout to our foreman, Jayce Neilan, and his better half, Olivia Downs. No hunting for them as they prepare space to welcome folks to Geddes.

Pretty proud of the hours these two have been putting into this rehab project for Livvy. They both wear a lot of hats for their age, and it’s been fun watching them turn this space into a future getaway for hunters and fishermen.

Hard work looks good on them. 👏

Just a little reminder of why choosing local matters. ❤️

When you hire a local company, that money stays a whole lot closer to home.

It helps us employ local people, support their families, buy from other local businesses and, when we can, give back to the schools, teams, fundraisers and organizations that make our communities what they are.

We know NNC isn’t the only small business doing this. So many local businesses quietly donate, sponsor, volunteer and step up when someone needs a hand.

That’s the pretty cool thing about supporting local — it has a way of coming back around.

Every project you trust us with helps give us the opportunity to turn around and support the same communities that support us.

And we’re pretty darn grateful for that. ❤️🔨

A little to this exterior transformation! 🏡🔨

New siding, soffit, windows, trim, and concrete accents gave this home a fresh new look—and some serious curb appeal.

Thinking your home could use an update? From a few exterior upgrades to a full transformation, NNC can help bring it together.
