We are members of the American Nursery and Landscaping Association, Pennsylvania Landscape and Nurserymen's Association, as well as the Chambersburg Area Chamber of Commerce. Kelsey Springs places a huge emphasis on family and community. We do work for the local YMCA and also high aspiring landscapers from the local high schools to give them field experience and additional training. Mark Kelsey, the founder of Kelsey Springs, had been running Kelsey Springs since 1990. Mark had many credentials to his name including a Bachelors degree in Horticulture and Land Use Management From Rutgers University (Cook College), Associate degree in Plant Science and Criminal Justice from Mercer County College of New Jersey, and Certifications in both Carpentry and Electricity from Franklin County Career and Technology Center. Aside from his degrees, Mark was also a Pennsylvania Certified Horticulturist and a commercial certified pesticide applicator. The current owner Bradly Cramer, is Mark’s grandson. Bradly was taught everything he knows by Mark from an early age. He is extremely dedicated to his work and to upholding the Kelsey Springs image and high quality of work.
