The owners of this newly renovated town home gave their residents some added leisure space.
To transition from concrete to blacktop, StencilCoat was used. This is a great way to expand onto existing blacktop. There is no need to remove and replace what's already there!.
This surface keeps the handicapped accessibility already in place, too.

StencilCoat on this patio with individually textured and hand painted stones by Design Paving was done originally in 2017. With regular maintenance, it has held up well.
Pressure washing got rid of grime from the Forrest. Fresh sealer gave it a nice gloss.
