Here are some pictures of a wonderful house that we just finished in Savoy, IL. It's 6,000+ total finished square feet, 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths.

We have some fantastic flooring materials being installed at our Spec house in the Lake Falls subdivision of Savoy.

One of the specialty items is a 2ft x 4ft calcutta styled porcelain that will go floor to ceiling along the master shower wall.

This spec house is a Ranch style home with 2,300+ sq feet on the first floor, 1,400+ sq feet in the basement, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathroom, a 12ft tall fireplace and 12ft tall coffered great room.

Okaw Prairie Landscapes did an awesome job on this build we did in Sullivan!! Best backyard we have done so far! Check out the chipping/ putting green and pool entertaining space!
