Fresh paint, new carpeting & a bright, clean work space! ✨ We are wrapping up updates of Suite 107 at Creative Commons East in Chazy!

This is the largest of our private offices, approximately 220 square feet. Priced at $575/month, all utilities & maintenance included. Unit will be furnished with a U-shaped desk, round table, and client seating. Available October 1st!

Our other private office rentals are already spoken for, and this will be the last office rental available until mid-late winter. So if you or someone you know is looking for a remote work space or business office space, reach out to us!

We will be back to new construction updates in a bit! 🛠️ We took a little detour and decided to add “commercial property investors” to the many hats we already wear! The last couple of months we have been putting in long hours and extra days to complete updates to our office building in Chazy, New York.

We wanted to provide an affordable rental option to entrepreneurs & small business owners with all utilities/maintenance included, and furnished offices large enough for client meetings. Another customer project complete ✅
This pre-teen’s bedroom had paneled walls, brown laminate flooring, surface mount ceiling tiles, and missing trim work.

We added spray foam insulation to the exterior walls, new drywall to walls & ceiling, new luxury vinyl plank flooring, new trim, and new closet doors.

Cabinet delivery!! 🚚 We can’t wait to unbox these gorgeous kitchen cabinets from Apple Country Cabinets ! We worked with them to order Legacy Crafted Cabinets in a custom color, Sherwin Williams Iron Ore.

Interior painting is almost done!! 👏🏻 We chose a neutral color scheme to go with the contemporary/industrial style of the home, and will be warming up the spaces with natural wood accents, flowy drapes & cozy fabrics.

It’s testing time!!! 💨 We decided to do an initial blower door test BEFORE sheetrock so we can address any air leaks or penetrations that are needed. 🚪 Our final goal for the blower door test is to get 0.60 ACH50, which meets strict Passive house standards. (ACH50 is air exchanges per hour at 50 pascals…probably the most important metric when testing energy efficiency of a home.) Most existing homes are in the 5-7 ACH50 range, and building code for new construction is 3 ACH50 or less.

We are ecstatic to say at this early stage our blower door test came in at 0.63 ACH50!!! 👏🏻👏🏻 Big thanks to Ed at Orchard View Home Inspections, LLC for coming out to do the blower door test for us! Ed has prior experience with interior house wraps and dense-packed cellulose walls like we have, so we knew he’d be knowledgeable on the building science behind our home!
