It's been a long month away from home and my normal routines. I spent the last 30 days in Denver and was able to accomplish a huge renovation. The condo was a total of 776 sqft. Everything from the floors to the ceiling was touched. Holes in every wall. Water damage with mold growing.. entire kitchen and bathroom/half bath was removed. Photos and videos will be coming soon. Lots of comparison side by side shots. Sneak shot of that freshly textured wall.

As many of you may know I am closed through the end of January. Work mode never ends opportunities never die. You can't become successful if you don't take risks. Full renovation undergoing in an 800 sqft condo in Denver Colorado. Removing the full kitchen and ripping out 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. New carpet fresh texture and paint throughout If you have a vision I can make it a reality... Stay tuned for the final results. There wasn't a single wall in this place that didn't have less than 10 holes. Some hammer size all the way to a full body. Here are a few pictures of the work in progress.
