🚨 NOW HIRING | PROJECT COORDINATOR
Modern Splendor Homes is growing quickly and we’re excited to add another team member!
We are looking for a highly organized, detail driven Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers and help keep our luxury custom home projects running smoothly from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have:
• 2–3 years of design or residential construction experience
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
• Experience coordinating selections, schedules, documentation, and project details
• Confidence communicating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, designers, and our internal team
• Ability to read and understand plans and construction documents
• Experience with CoConstruct and/or Buildertrend preferred
• A proactive, positive, solutions focused attitude
• A passion for creating an exceptional client experience
This role is perfect for someone who thrives behind the scenes, loves keeping the details organized, and understands that exceptional homes require exceptional coordination.
