Late posting this, but another satisfied customer.  Before and after pics. This lady had a leak under her sink for sometime needing all the plumbing, replaced new faucet, new garbage, disposal, new angle stops, and new drain waste pipes.  She waited for much too long to have this done which caused a lot of damage.  I manage to take care of the damage as best I could under what she could afford have done. The cabinetry and wall will be re-done at a later date. just needed to get her plumbing up and running so that she could use her kitchen.

Late posting this, but another satisfied customer. The overflow was leaking to the downstairs due to gasket was rotted and splitting, replaced gasket and trim.

Another satisfied customer. Swapped out gas water heater that was bad and went with a tankless gas water heater. Had to replace 1 inch ball valve. It was leaking.

Another satisfied customer. Pics of kitchen sink are after pics. Before and after pics on the hose bib. Customer had a leak underneath the sink the problem was is the drain in the sink wasn’t connected and for sure hasn’t been connected for quite some time you could tell by the damage in the bottom of the cabinet. I replaced with a new sink drain and strainer that I had on hand. The old drain the threads were not working properly with the nut to secure it. Also had to fix the saddle underneath the sink for the R/O system on the pipe drain that was also leaking it wasn’t lined up properly with the hole on the pipe and hole was not completely hollow. Backyard hose bib was old and leaking / not functioning properly. Installed new hose bib with vaccume breaker. Even installed a female hose bib for easy repair next time for customer. Also Took some extra time with the customer to check out his water softener system free of charge.

Another satisfied customer. Before and after pics. Customer needed a cold water line feed to his mixing station that he uses for his salt water fish tank. As you can see in the picture the old 3/4 ball valve was installed with a shark bite connection I highly don’t recommend ever using SharkBites they’re only good for a temporary fix, not a long time solution they end up failing and leaking. So I replaced that with a new 3/4 ball valve also added a 3/4 escutcheon for the 3/4 copper pipe coming out the wall which the previous Plumber didn’t do and added a 3/4 copper tee, another 3/4 ball valve to shut off mixing station when not in use and new supply line for water heater.

Another satisfied customer. Before and after pics. New gas water heater install. The old water heater was no good no more do to leaking out bottom. Had to replace rubber washers in supply lines they were old and rotting. Also had to re-design the vent for the water heater because the new water heater was taller then the old one and then reconnected the tmp valve.

Another satisfied customer. Before and after pics. Had to replace Kitchen faucet the customer wanted a new faucet with a hand sprayer, plus old faucet was old and corroded from hard water. This is the faucet the customer picked out. Also had to install new toilet. Customer wanted something to sit a little higher and the toilet to be a little bigger and elongated and old toilet wasn’t functioning properly do to age and manufacturer. Also cleaned out sewer pipe that had build up from before the house was purchased it was a home somebody flipped so as construction was going on tile setters we’re flushing grout and things down toilet. Which caused a buildup of debris in the pipe.  After toilet was finished it was flushing and working properly to full capacity.
