Most people look at a two-car garage and see storage. This homeowner saw square footage.

This is the Redfield project. The garage was converted into a fully finished open living and dining space — shiplap accent wall, linear fireplace, new windows. Built for how they actually live.

Then we rebuilt the kitchen. Dark red walls and honey oak cabinets — gone. All-white cabinetry. A white quartz waterfall island with seating for five. Professional gas range. Globe pendants.

The office was rebuilt with a custom built-in desk and upper cabinetry. New floors and fresh paint ran through every room.

A two-car garage became the most-used room in the house. That's the Redfield project.

We converted the garage into a fully finished open living and dining space — shiplap accent wall, linear fireplace, new windows. Real living space where a concrete slab used to be.

The kitchen was rebuilt from scratch. Dark red walls and honey oak cabinets gave way to all-white shaker cabinetry, a white quartz waterfall island with seating for five, a professional gas range, and globe pendant lighting.

The office was rebuilt with a custom built-in desk and upper cabinetry. New LVP flooring and fresh paint throughout every room.

The bones stayed. Everything else changed.

Homeowners give me rules all the time. This was the first one that changed everything.

Don't touch the staircase.

So we didn't. We refinished it — then rebuilt every surface in this 8,500 square foot home to speak to it. New material palette. New millwork. New flow. Same staircase.
Tearing it out would have been faster. It also would have lost the soul of the house. That's something money can't buy back.

I've been building for over twenty years. The hardest call is always what not to change.

This project started as an insurance restoration — and became something we're genuinely proud of.

Water damage reached the kitchen, butler's pantry, and laundry room. The subfloor and framing were affected. We came in after demo and rebuilt everything from the studs: custom cabinetry throughout, new floors, and a butler's pantry redesigned as a lighted bar with glass-front upper cabinetry.

When the work was done, the owners didn't move on. They hired us to remodel all three bathrooms — not because of insurance, but because they trusted the result. Primary bath finished with a skylight, brushed bronze fixtures, and a custom pebble accent wall.

The home sold shortly after completion. Quickly.

When clients trust you with the second project, you've done the first one right.

She spent roughly $150,000 on her home in the Phoenix Valley. Now she doesn't pay to live there.

What she earns every month is three times her mortgage.

We added square footage to the front — a full addition that changed both the living space and what the property could earn.

Not just a remodel. A financial decision.

8,500 square feet. Mesa, AZ. 40 seconds to walk through it.

Grand entry with a two-story chandelier. A lower level with its own staircase. A second fully equipped kitchen. And a private home theater in the back.

This is what a full-scale luxury remodel looks like when every decision is made with intention — from the entry ceiling height to the marble countertop in the second kitchen.

Wise Construction. From concept to completion.

Behind this wall is either a clean inspection — or a $40,000 problem.

Most homeowners never see this part. The framing, the electrical, the plumbing — it all gets covered up before you move in. But what's behind the wall determines everything about how the finished home performs.

At Wise Construction, every system gets inspected and documented before a single sheet of drywall goes up. Right now, we are mid-build, everything exposed, everything accounted for.

Build it right the first time. You never have to think about it again.

Seven bathrooms. A basement theater. One staircase the homeowners refused to let us touch.

Nine thousand square feet in Mesa, AZ. One rule: the bones stay. Everything else rebuilt from scratch.

Seven bathrooms to the slab. Marble media walls. Linear fireplaces. A mother-in-law suite as a self-contained home. A lower level with its own kitchen and private theater.

And at the center — the grand double curved staircase. Refinished. Reframed by everything we built around it. The decision that anchored every other decision.

Crafted with Purpose. Built on Integrity.

I'm a contractor. And I'm going to tell you exactly what to ask before you hire one.

Most homeowners don't know what questions to ask — and most contractors are counting on that. Here are three that will tell you everything.

One: Is this bid itemized? A real quote breaks down every line — labor, materials, allowances, permits. A vague number is not a quote. It's an opening position, and the change orders come later once you're already committed.

Two: Who is physically on-site every day? Get a name before you sign anything. The person who sold you the job is not always the person running it. Unsupervised projects are where timelines slip, materials get substituted, and problems get buried in the walls.

Three: What's your ROC license number? In Arizona, you can verify any contractor's license at azroc.gov in under a minute. It's free, it's public, and it tells you whether they're licensed, insured, and whether any complaints have been filed. Ask every contractor. If they hesitate, you have your answer.

At Wise Construction, we answer all three before you ask.

Most people don't know what's under their bathroom floor.

They don't need to — until they do.

We do. And that's exactly why it matters who you hire.

This is a primary bathroom in Mesa, AZ. We took it all the way to the concrete — stripped everything back and started from nothing. Not because we had to. Because that's the only way to set it right.

Custom vanity built to the space. Wet-room shower layout with every tile hand-set. A freestanding tub positioned in front of a window we reframed mid-build because the light called for it. Every line was planned before the first cut was made.

There are no shortcuts in a room like this. The work behind the wall is just as precise as what you see in front of it.
When something is built right, you never have to think about it again. That's the standard at Wise Construction.
