Hey Chandler/Gilbert homeowners!

☀️ Thinking about your HVAC system? I know that a little bit of homeowner maintenance can go a long way in keeping your system running smoothly, especially in this Arizona heat! Here are some simple, friendly tips to keep your AC happy and your bills low.

* Change that air filter! 🌬️ A dirty filter is the #1 cause of AC problems. Set a reminder on your phone to check it every month, especially during our scorching summers. A clean filter means your system can breathe easy, saving you money and preventing breakdowns!

* Give your outdoor unit some breathing room. 🌵 Keep the area around your outside unit clear of leaves, grass clippings, and weeds. Make sure there's at least two feet of space so it can get the airflow it needs to work efficiently. A quick hose-down (with the power off!) can also help keep those fins clean.

* Don't block your vents! 🛋️ Make sure furniture, curtains, and rugs aren't blocking any of your vents. Your system needs to circulate air properly to keep your entire home cool and comfortable.
