🔌 Do you have a mystery switch that seems to turn nothing on?

It might be controlling a half-hot (switched) outlet!

👉 This means:
• One plug is always on
• One plug turns on/off with a wall switch

💡 These are often used to control lamps in rooms without overhead lighting.

🔍 How to check:
If you do, look around the room for an outlet that’s upside down—that’s often the switched one!
Then plug something in and flip the switch to test it.
