This powder bath turned into one of our favorite spaces of the whole project, and it didn't start out that way.

When we got going it was down to the studs: a dated accent wall, an old toilet, and plumbing hanging out where the vanity was supposed to be.

The fun of a powder room is that it's small enough to be bold. So we wrapped one wall in deep espresso fluted tile for some drama, floated a clean white vanity under a gold oval mirror, and kept the gold going through the faucet, sconces, and hardware so it all feels cohesive and current. Right outside, we built in warm wood cabinetry with a quartz top.

Guests always end up in the powder bath. We like to give them something to talk about.

A wall of glass that opens your living room straight onto the patio looks effortless — and that's exactly the point. But getting there takes real work behind the scenes.

On this whole-home remodel, transforming the back of the house meant more than swapping in a multi-slide door. Our team reframed the opening, added a structural header to carry the load above it, and weatherproofed every layer so Arizona's heat and monsoon rains stay outside where they belong. We replaced windows throughout the home, too, bringing in more natural light, better energy efficiency, and uninterrupted views of the mountains.

This is the part of remodeling clients don't always see — the structural and craftsmanship details that make the beautiful part possible and built to last.

The night always starts here, two steps from the table.

We carved this wet bar out of a pass-through wall between the kitchen and dining room, the kind of space most homes leave blank. Now it earns its keep.

A dual-zone wine fridge tucked under honed quartz. Custom cabinetry with brass hardware that warms up all that white. A handmade gloss tile backsplash that throws light across the room by late afternoon. Decanter, glasses, and a chilled bottle, always within reach of the table.

Easy enough for a weeknight pour. Dressed up enough for the holidays.

Take a peek inside the pantry of a kitchen we just remodeled for a wonderful East Valley family.

It's the little things that make this space special:

A picture light over framed artwork — because art belongs in every room you spend time in, even the pantry.

A mix of open and closed shelving — open to display the beautiful (labeled jars, woven baskets, favorite cookbooks), closed to tuck away the everyday.

Brass pulls on warm wood drawers, tucked discreetly just off the main kitchen — a quiet, hardworking spot you'll use every single day.

Everyone notices the same thing when they walk into this kitchen we recently completed: the hood.

We installed this custom wood range hood as the centerpiece — the piece that ties the sage green cabinets to the warm wood below. It was made for this kitchen, for this family, and it shows.

This is the part of the job our family lives for: taking one bold idea and turning it into the thing you can't stop looking at.

This whole-home remodel gave us everything we love in one space: sage green and walnut cabinetry, a show-stopping custom hood, a waterfall island, brass accents, and a beverage bar built for entertaining. Even the snack shelves got the luxury treatment.

Remodeling is serious business. We just happen to have a lot of fun with it. And after 20+ years serving Ahwatukee, Chandler, and the East Valley, we still get excited every time a space comes together like this one.

A bold design only works if the build can carry it.

Take a closer look at this East Valley primary bath. That black-and-white geometric mosaic in the shower? Every cut had to land. Every grout line had to hold its rhythm. The niches had to sit perfectly inside a pattern that doesn't forgive even a quarter-inch of drift.

Then there's the white hexagon field tile, the penny mosaic wrapping the tub deck, the freestanding soaker tub set under that bronze caged chandelier — all of it had to come together as one calm, intentional space.

That's the part of remodeling people don't always see. The design gets the attention. The build is what makes it last.
