Our History


Comfort Systems USA, Southwest (CSUSA SW) began serving Arizona residential customers as Tri-City Air Conditioning in 1962. The company shifted focus to commercial mechanical contracting and service in 1976 and incorporated in 1977 as Tri-City Mechanical. In 1997 Tri-City Mechanical was one of twelve companies joining together to form a single national entity for mechanical services

known as Comfort Systems USA. Today, Comfort Systems USA has over 60 companies and is recognized as a premier national provider in the installation and service of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, plumbing, piping and related services. Tri-City Mechanical, recognized as a leading provider of these same services in the Southwest, became Comfort Systems USA Southwest in 2010. We offer single source Design-Build-Maintain services to meet all of your mechanical system needs.

Our team spent part of the day on Friday giving back at Feed My Starving Children. This is a non-profit who provides nutrient dense meals for starving children all over the world. The team worked together to pack over 65 boxes and about 2500 meals. The team at Feed My Starving Children was great and our team at Comfort Systems USA Southwest was privileged to have a part in their mission to end hunger for all.
