A Primary Bath, Reimagined

This Ahwatukee primary bathroom is almost unrecognizable from where it started.

We took this outdated builder-grade space and gave it a completely custom feel with upgrades throughout:

✅ Replaced the moldy, outdated shower with a custom glass surround
✅ Added beautiful porcelain shower tile
✅ Installed new shower fixtures and valves
✅ Added a pebble shower pan for texture and character
✅ Swapped the bulky, outdated bathtub for a sleek freestanding tub and spout
✅ Installed new flooring
✅ Added a custom vanity with updated fixtures
✅ Updated the lighting
✅ Added fresh paint
✅ Replaced fixtures throughout the bathroom

The result is a clean, modern primary bathroom that feels brighter, more functional, and completely personalized to the homeowners.

One of the best ways to help prevent delays during a remodel is to make your finish selections before construction begins.

Cabinetry, countertops, flooring, tile, lighting, plumbing fixtures, paint colors, and hardware often have different lead times. If those decisions are made too late, the project can slow down while everyone waits for materials to arrive.

In this Mesa home, we added nearly 100 new lights throughout the house, all on dimmers to create the right mood and effect in each space. Making those lighting decisions early allowed us to coordinate placement, electrical needs, and fixtures before construction was underway.

Selecting everything upfront also helps ensure all of the elements work together, reduces last-minute changes, and keeps the project moving more efficiently.

A little preparation in the beginning can save a lot of time later.

For this remodel, we gave the entire room a fresh start with new paint, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, solid entry doors, and a much more functional layout. We also added automatic door-activated lighting, so the room lights up the moment you walk in.

The result is a laundry room that feels brighter, more organized, and much easier to use every day.
