Just finished a house remodel in Sun Lakes that consisted of a new kitchen and master bath remodel with all new cabinet, countertops, plumbing fixtures, tile shower and back splashes. A big change from the outdated 1990's layout and materials. In the master bath we removed the old style soffit above the vanity to make the room feel larger, We made a old shower bigger with a soaking tub in the wet area. Installed a glass panel to divide the area.
In the kitchen we took out all the cabinetry and made a larger work space L shaped island with seating for entertaining guests and family. All the cabinetry is our own cabinets that we create to make custom to fit your area. Installed all new appliances and even a tile herringbone backsplash to add character to the kitchen.

Just completed a condo renovation for a client in Mesa. The renovation took all the outdate cabinetry , damaged doors, shower surrounds, door handles, mirrors etc. out and replaced them all with new updated items. This includes new Cabinetry, countertops and kitchen back splash, new light and plumbing fixtures. It looks like a brand new condo now for any future homeowners to enjoy.
