Kitchen Remodel - Chandler AZ

We just finished a complete kitchen remodel in Chandler AZ. The client wanted to redo the entire kitchen due to it being outdated. We designed the new layout to move the fridge from a side wall that did not leave room to be able to pull the fridge out and get behind it plus it was in a bad location for functionality of the work space they were desiring.

On the oven wall the original layout had a long countertop that did not serve for anything other than just a place to throw things onto so we converted the layout to move the fridge to that wall next to the oven.

Install tall storage cabinets with pull out shelves in the first cabinet that had outlets in the back wall so they could put blenders, mixers, fryers etc. and pull them out leaving them on the shelf during use and when done just slid the shelf back int the cabinet out of sight. That was a big plus so you do not have appliances all over the countertop. In the next cabinet we put pull out drawers for pantry goods etc. This gained a lot more storage and usefulness in the kitchen compared to what they had before.

The wall that used to have the fridge on now became a baking area which we put (2) tray divider cabinets in to store cookie sheets. pans etc on.
The upper cabinets have a LED strip lighting for low light at night instead of having all the lights on.

We reconfigured the island using custom cabinets in white oak ghost matte color we have to highlight the island from the dove white perimeter cabinets.

Reinstalled all the existing appliances into this new design.

Added 3 more can lights. took out 2 lights that were not fitting to the 2 new pendent lights we added.

In the family room we removed old out dated drywall shelving and install new cabinets with open shelving above. The owner installed a new gas fireplace for a modern look and we installed new tile hearth and a mantle in white oak ghost matte color to match the island.

Just completed a 986 sq ft casita addition to an exiting home in Mesa AZ. The clients were adding space to their existing home for the parents to move into so they could help care for them.

The addition consisted of a large great room with a wet bar area and sink for personal use including a undercounter fridge.
The master bedroom is a good size larger than most and large master closet with our own cabinetry for clothes hanging and plenty of drawer space.

Master bath has a large walk in shower and large whirlpool bath walk-in tub, double vanity sinks with a large tower in the middle for storage space. The toilet room also has large storage cabinets for towels etc.

We also finished all the landscape around the addition along with the back yard which includes a big concrete slab to entertain and put a firepit on along with a large grass area for the dogs to play in.

Laundry room remodel in Chandler AZ.

We just completed a brand new custom laundry room remodel. We built all the cabinets and doors in house and painted them the color the client selected. The 18 inch long handles on the large doors really went well. We built the wood top ad stained it that is above the washer and dryer. The small long doors that are horizontal between the doors are actual hanging pull out rods to hang blankets, towels and even hang clothes on to dry.
