🔧 This project focused on safely delivering routine milling and paving work on the I‑95/I‑395 Express Lanes, a reversible, dynamically operated toll facility, while maintaining traffic flow, regional mobility commitments, and toll revenue. To manage the highly complex work zone and shifting traffic patterns, the team implemented a collaborative tabletop “sandbox” simulation process that improved coordination, accountability, safety performance, and alignment with the Owner, resulting in a successful, on‑time project.

🔧 Copiam experienced significant material losses when only 60–70% of a critical liquid sulfur compound could be extracted from industrial totes due to design and viscosity issues. Copiam developed an aerator that mixes the compound at the bottom of the tote, enabling full pump-out, reducing waste, and lowering costs. The solution was adopted by Hexpol Chemical and implemented into their totes, extending its benefits across the supply chain.
This week, we will introduce all of our USA innovation award winners who will advance to be voted on at the Americas Oceania Conference on May 7th.
