(7) full time crews, (2) field supervisors, (2) estimators, office coordinator, and full time receptionist to service your needs. Each one of our crews is lead by a crew supervisor and we have field supervisors (paint / carpentry division) who visit your job site daily. Are you ready to join our team? We are a busy, family-owned residential painting contractor and small business looking for a new Office Manager to handle daily office responsibilities. A can-do attitude and excellent verbal & written communication skills are a must. Our ideal candidate will be professional and engaging, showing a strong aptitude for working with clients via email and over the phone. Basic knowledge of Google products (Gmail, Calendar, and Sheets), FileMaker Pro, and previous work experience in a small office environment is preferred but not required.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Greet a limited number of clients who visit our office weekly.
• Answer incoming calls and emails.
• Schedule estimate appointments using Google Calendar.
• Create and maintain Call Logs and Work Orders using FileMaker Pro Database.
• Create job folders for all accepted estimates
• Process incoming and outgoing mail
• Process, log, and deposit incoming payments (checks, credit cards & Zelle)
• Create and email daily invoices
• Maintain reception/common areas, conference room and kitchen area.
• Coordinate office supplies and uniform shirt orders.
• Assist and coordinate any additional office duties as assigned by the owner.
