A few recent jobs we’ve wrapped up final grade around homes, shop pads, cleanup, smoothing yards back out, and getting properties ready for the next step. There’s just something good about seeing a rough piece of land come together.

There’s a lot that goes into a new build that people don’t always see… but they definitely feel it later if it’s not done right.

We knocked out some rough grading around this new home to get everything sloped properly, cleaned up, and ready for what’s next. No more water sitting where it shouldn’t, no mess, just a solid foundation to build on.

Big transformation on this one. 👏

This one was at a local Farm Bureau office that was having drainage issues along the foundation. We excavated around the building so the foundation could be waterproofed and then regraded the area to divert water away from the structure.

Finished it off with a clean grade and straw to stabilize everything.

Hazelwood Farms is growing, and we’re looking to add a dependable dump truck driver to our team!

We are a small, family-owned business located just outside of Chapel Hill, TN, founded in 2021. At Hazelwood Farms, we value strong work ethic, reliability, and high integrity. We take pride in our work and treat our team like family.

Position Requirements:
• Valid Class B CDL license
• Minimum of 2 years dump truck driving experience
• Ability to operate a trackhoe to load your own truck, or willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small crew
• Willingness to work 40–50 hours per week, with occasional longer weeks as needed

Pay & Benefits:
• Pay based on experience
• Consistent work with a growing company
