SEC will no longer allow clients to purchase large ticket items.

We have lost too many billable hours to incorrect information, products, project delays. We can not stay on schedule or budget under those old terms.

Hold on folks, last year a plain 1/2" osb sheet of plywood was $9.75 ...today, in the triangle NC - its $32-40 for 1 sheet!

Our latest screen porch project is about to wrap up.
Our client stated she wanted a jingle theme, so we went all out with metal cattle panel guardrails & money lights! Yea...monkey lights! You heard me...10 potted plants are soon to be added.

Blacked out the room, which is 15’ high in the center & left the “drink shelf” rails all natural for contrast.

We are FINALLY done with this YUGE shower in 4’ x 6’ x 8’ and all tile! Not small easy to install tiles, but 1’x2’ tiles with 1/8” grout joints, separated with a glass pattern. New 2’x2” tapered floor tiles, my favorite part - a teak flip up bench.

Not to shabby & one of the best lay out jobs I’ve ever done. Full tiles top to bottom & a custom made niche with metal trim, no tint cuts...just a YUGE amount of math & vision!

I’m loving the 3 piece tiles curb with dual metal brushed nickel trim. Super clean & ready for its new glass wall. Turn on the steam or double body sprayers.

apparently its Flashback monday....as i just found this huge job i did back in 2002 for the Durham Historic Society. 618 was a super hot mess! I wish they had added photos of the rear of the home. When i showed up, there were no back walls and they and the floor was so eatten by termites and rot that the interior floor layed on the ground like a ramp! I could just walk up into the house. Its really nice to go back in time and see some of the amazing work we have done. All new framed front porch and best part, we saved the house from being torn down!

Good question. The retaining wall on my house (the 1910 Cole-Couch House at Norton and Club) is in a bad way, and I'd love to get someone else to pay for it.
