I created Sweat Equity Construction in 2004 to meet the needs of clients who wanted to try and do some work around their houses, but were not confident or skilled enough to do ALL of the jobs. We offer turn key jobs (start to finish) services OR we can work with you in different phases of the project to help guide you along the way. I started out working in historical preservation 12 years ago an

d have worked on million dollar houses all over Durham & Chapel Hill, but I personally feel that helping people with a more modest income and lifestyle better meshes with my personal beliefs. SEC was born from the idea that everyone should be able to afford quality construction no matter what your address.
