Homans Clearwater Co. is currently hiring someone (full time) to assist in all types of plumbing jobs!! If you know of any young people that are looking to start a career in the plumbing industry, we would love to speak with them. No experience required but definitely a plus! Must have a valid drivers license, must be able to pass a drug test and a background check. Also must be able to lift heavy objects and work hard when needed. Make sure to drip your faucets tonight! A slow drip on the cold water AND hot water at a couple faucets in your home. Open your vanity and kitchen cabinets to allow warm air from your home to enter and help keep the pipes warm! If you need us call us! 803-606-7953

It’s going to be really cold again soon, make sure you have your faucets dripping a little, one on each side of the house is recommended (hot and cold). And if you have a pump system, consider running an extension cord out to it with a lamp that uses an incandescent bulb, and not an LED bulb, because those don’t supply any heat (you’d be surprised how many people found this out the hard way)

PLEASE‼️ don’t wait until your water heater looks like this to call us!! This one was tucked away in the home in a spot not visable to the home owner which allowed it to get to this point and cause damage to the floor. Give us a call today to schedule a time to have us come out and take a look at your plumbing in all those tight, and hard to get to spaces so this doesn’t happen to you. Also, anyone who mentions this post gets 10% off a water heater install. Doesn’t matter if it’s a tanked heater like this one or a tankless Rinnai water heater.
