AI Friday wrapped up Convention with practical conversations and real-world application.

Franchise Owners explored best practices for using AI in business, discussed the importance of safety and responsible implementation, and reinforced the value of constant file review and human oversight.

The focus was on using the right tools to work smarter, stay protected, and continue moving the business forward.

We’re grateful for the incredible turnout, thoughtful engagement, and meaningful connections that made this session such a success.

And just like that… we closed out Convention 2026. ✨

After a week filled with learning, connection, and shared momentum, we wrapped up the best way we know how, together. Our closing celebration was a chance to reconnect, reflect on the moments that made the week special, and create a few final memories before heading home.

25 Years of Excellence gave us a lot to celebrate, but the best part continues to be the people who make this network what it is.

One of the most meaningful moments of Convention 2026.

We began the day with a powerful Color Guard presentation followed by a Veteran Fireside Discussion, a movement deeply important to Vice Chairman, Frank Torre and one that reflects the heart behind the PuroVet initiative.

Through PuroVet, we continue to honor veterans, support their transition into business ownership, and recognize the leadership and service they bring to the PuroClean network.
Led by President, Steve White, the fireside discussion created space to reflect, share experiences, and recognize the lasting impact veterans continue to make across our community.

It was a meaningful reminder that service, leadership, and legacy continue long after the uniform comes off.
Thank you to our veterans for your service and for all you bring to the PuroClean family.

Awards Night is always more than a celebration. It’s a reminder of what happens when hard work, commitment, and community come together.

From reconnecting with familiar faces to meeting new ones, the evening was filled with conversations, recognition, and moments that reflect the strength of the PuroClean network.

As we celebrate 25 Years of Excellence, nights like these remind us that our greatest achievement has always been the people behind the brand and the relationships that continue to move us forward.

Day 3 was packed from start to finish and built around one thing: moving the network forward.

We kicked off with a Company Update from our President Steve White, followed by a Chairman’s Message from our Chairman & CEO, Mark W. Davis, setting the vision and momentum for what’s ahead. Attendees also heard updates on Commercial Large Loss and from our COO, George Hernandez and explored the future of with our CIO, Nick Hindle and Leighton Healey.

The learning continued through breakout sessions covering SPAR training, sales, QuickBooks training, and more, giving Franchise Owners practical takeaways and real-world tools to bring back to their businesses.

A full day of learning, strategy, and ex*****on that reflects what Convention is all about.

This year, Chairman & CEO, Mark W. Davis and Vice Chairman, Frank Torre took time to recognize two individuals whose impact has helped shape PuroClean’s journey.

President, Steve White was honored with the Rock Star Award for his leadership, dedication, and the energy he continues to bring to moving the brand forward.

Chrissy VanderWyde received the Beacon Award, recognizing her as a guiding light from day one and someone whose leadership, commitment, and example have helped illuminate the path for so many others across the network.

These moments of recognition remind us that behind every milestone are people whose influence extends far beyond their titles. Congratulations and thank you for everything you continue to do for the PuroClean family.

Day 1 brought meaningful moments from start to finish.

From conversations and connection at the PuroWomen’s Growth Group, to coming together during Prayer Circle, the day was built around reflection, community, and momentum. We also got our first look inside the Expo during the Soft Opening before closing it all out the best way possible… together at the Welcome Kick Off Party!

One day in and already so many conversations, reunions, and moments that remind us what makes this network special.

The City of Macedonia Service Department will be conducting a one-time Spring Leaf Pickup for residents the week of March 30.

Due to early snowfall impacting our fall leaf collection, along with resident requests, we’re making one final pass through the City to help clean up remaining leaves. Please note that the City does not normally offer a spring leaf collection, so this will be a single, complete sweep.

All leaves must be raked to the curb by Monday, March 30, at 7 a.m.

After this time, crews will begin collection and will not return to areas already serviced.

Miss the pickup? Residents can still bag leaves and set them out with their regular trash for collection by Kimble.
