Sometimes the best advertising is simply a happy customer.

Jamie shared this on his personal page after we took care of their post-Nationals pumping, and his words meant a lot to us, so I wanted to share them here too.

What are we up to today?

Early start this morning! First stop is Chariton for a couple pumps, next pumping my last camper leaving town from nationals & then off to meet with a homeowner to talk about a new septic install.

If everything goes according to plan , I’m hoping to wrap things up around noon and trade the septic truck for a day at the Iowa State Fair with my boys.

One thing I really do love about this business is that no two days are the same. One day we’re pumping, the next we’re doing repairs, installs, porta potties, camper pumping… and some days it’s a little bit of everything.

Of course, with septic work you never REALLY know what the day is going to bring… so we’ll see if that noon plan actually happens. 🤣

🏁 WHAT. A. WEEK.

Knoxville Nationals 2026 is officially in the books, and I think it’s safe to say we’re all a little tired today.

We spent the week pumping campers, servicing porta potties, running all over Knoxville, and doing our best to keep up with the craziness that comes along with Nationals week. 💩🏁

It may not be the most glamorous job at Nationals… but somebody’s gotta do it.

Seriously though, THANK YOU. To everyone who called us, recommended us, waved us down, shared our posts, or trusted Blackburn Septic to take care of you this week! We appreciate it more than you know.

Every call means something to our little family and our growing business. We’re proud to be local, proud to work hard, and pretty darn thankful you guys keep us busy.

Now it’s time to catch up on some sleep… and get right back to septic work Monday morning.
