From start to finish, we were able locate this sewer lateral line for this 4 unit apartment building that was having major backup issues. As we uncovered the line we found that pipe had collapsed. We took out the old terracotta pipe from 1941 and replaced it with schedule 40 pvc. Glad we could get them going again!

Client called to have us inspect a faulty tub spout/diverter in his home that is about to go to closing. Tub spout was leaking from behind and when fully opened valves the shower would also run. When the spout was taken apart for further inspection the tub spout threads were stripped and only on about 2 threads with no thread seal. That solves for the leaky tub spout what about the shower? Well unfortunately cpvc was not the proper piping for this setup and ultimately restricted flow causing back pressure to flow to the shower head. We solved this issue by cutting out the cpvc and building a new tub spout 90* out of 1/2 galvanized steel. Thread sealed it all up and now it works like a charm! Call us for your plumbing needs!

Returning customers wanted some updated water system parts installed and they got it! Is your electric bill running high out of no where? Do you have a lack of water pressure? A leak in your pressurized well pump system could be the cause. This customer had what seemed to be a small leak from a fitting that was no longer sealed. Which in turn kept dropping the water pressure making the pressure switch continuously run the well pump! A few weeks ago we changed out the old exposed pipes in this laundry room and updated it with a new sleek and clean laundry box with the pipes in the wall for a nice “new” home look!
